Hi, I’m Keaton, the founder of Carnivore Compasse and a passionate advocate for the transformative power of the carnivore diet.

I struggled for years with three autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, and endless frustration from diets that failed me. Then I discovered the carnivore lifestyle, and everything changed.
